Located in Guelph, Ontario, Red Car Service is renowned for providing ground transportation specializing in airport shuttles and custom charters since 1966. All passengers travelling TO an airport require advance reservations. Reservation can be made through the online booking engine on our website, by phone with one of our 24 hour reservation agents or in person in our office 7 days a week from 8:00a.m. to 8:00p.m. We request at least 48 hours notice of booking in order to provide the most flexible service possible but will do our best to accommodate last minute bookings to the best of our ability. All reservations will receive an email confirmation detailing the booking information as well as all applicable cancellation policies. Passengers will receive an additional email or phone call from our staff, after 3:00p.m., the day before travelling to the airport to confirm the pick up time and location. Pick up times may change slightly due to a variety of factors (traffic, weather, scheduling, etc.) Red Car Service recommends the minimum check-in times as suggested by Transportation Canada. However, any individual requests will be accommodated whenever possible. Passengers travelling to the airport will be dropped off at the door closest to your departing flight check-in location.

Toronto Island Airport - Billy Bishop
Toronto Island Airport (Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport) is located downtown Toronto and transfers are booked as Exclusive Service Only.
Reservations are required and it is recommended that you make your reservation at least 48 hours in advance; however, we will always do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings. Red Car Service allows a minimum of 2 hours travel time for Toronto Island Airport in order to accommodate traffic and road conditions but we will accommodate passenger requests when possible. Departing passengers will be dropped off outside of the Main Land Ferry Terminal (at the foot of Bathurst St.). The ferry ride is only a minute long and is adjacent to the Airport Terminal.
We encourage you to make a reservation from the airport. Advance reservations help us plan the number of vehicles we will need to serve our customers, ensuring prompt departure for you from the airport. At Toronto Pearson Airport, you will find a Red Car check-in counter inside each of the terminals; at other airports, you will need to meet up with your driver at a prearranged meeting area.

Red Car Service shares a check-in desk with other ground transportation companies in both Terminal 1 and Terminal 3.
At Terminal 1, our desk is located one floor below the Arrivals Level at area P. Once you have collected your luggage and have exited the restricted area, you will exit out into the public concourse. Arriving from the domestic arrival gate, turn right and take the first MAIN elevator on the right. Arriving from the international arrival gate, turn left and take the first MAIN elevator on the left. Both elevators will exit at area P. At Terminal 3, our desk is located on the Arrivals Level, between exit doors C and D. Don’t go outside; our desk is inside the terminal. If you are arriving on international flights or flights from the United States, turn left when you exit baggage claim. Proceed along the terminal, past the D exit doors, to the Out of Town Ground Transportation Desk located on your right. If you are arriving on flights from within Canada, turn right when you exit baggage claim and proceed to Out of Town Ground Transportation located just past the C exit doors on your left. If you cannot find the Out of Town Ground Transportation Desk please call 416-776-9550 (local call) and speak to the representative.
When you arrive at the Out of Town Ground Transportation Desk, make sure you check in with the agent for Red Car. The agent will record your arrival and alert your driver when it’s time to pull up to the curb.
