Red Car Service Cancellation Policies

By completing your Red Car Service reservation you are agreeing to the specific cancellation policy related to the type of service you have booked. All reservations can be edited and/or cancelled online up to 3 hours before the scheduled pick up time or at any time by contacting our office 24 hours a day.

Super Saver Fare

Red Car Service requires 3 hours notice of cancellation prior to the scheduled Super Saver pick up time. A full credit for future travel OR a refund (minus 15% administration fee) will be issued for cancellation with more than the required amount of time. (The credit will be valid for one year from the date of cancellation.) No refunds and no credits will be given with less than 3 hours' notice of cancellation or failure to cancel.

​Shared Ride & Private Service

Red Car Service requires 3 hours notice of cancellation prior to the scheduled pick up time. A full credit for future travel OR a refund (minus 15% administration fee) will be issued for cancellations with more than the required time. (The credit will be valid for one year from the date of cancellation.) No refunds and no credits will be given with less than 3 hours notice of cancellation or failure to cancel.

Conference Airport Transfer

Red Car Service requires 24 hours notice of cancellation of your Conference Reservation. A full credit for future travel OR a refund (minus 15% administration fee) will be issued for cancellations with more than the required time. (The credit will be valid for one year from the date of cancellation.) No refunds and no credits will be given with less than 24 hours notice of cancellation or failure to cancel.

Inter-City Transfer

Red Car Service requires 3 hours notice of cancellation prior to the scheduled pick up time. A full credit for future travel OR a refund (minus 15% administration fee) will be issued for cancellations with more than the required time. (The credit will be valid for one year from the date of cancellation.) No refunds and no credits will be given with less than 3 hours notice of cancellation or failure to cancel.

Custom Charter Service

$200.00 deposit is required at the time of booking a Red Car Charter Service with Balance of Payment due 7 days prior to date of service. Cancellation with more than 7 days notice (prior to Balance of Payment) will be issued a full credit of the deposit for future travel OR a refund of the deposit (minus 15% administration fee). (The credit will be valid for one year from the date of cancellation.) Cancellation with less than 7 days notice (following Balance of Payment) will forfeit deposit and will be issued a credit of Balance of Payment for future travel OR a refund of balance of payment. (The credit will be valid for one year from the date of cancellation.) No refunds and no credits will be given with less than 48 hours notice of cancellation or failure to cancel.
